OUR MISSION
MISSION STATEMENT
AT THE ARCH PROJECT YOUTH, WE ARE HERE TO DELIVER THE GIFT OF MUSIC AND ALL ITS FORMS TO ALL OF OUR YOUTH IN EACH AND EVERY COMMUNITY.
(GAPPING THE BRIDGE OF OUR YOUTH AND THE ARTS.)
Our focus is all art forms including music production,
entertainment, Arts, domestication, etc.
We have the privilege of coupling youth with their art form
of their choosing, whether it's learning and playing an
instrument, singing, dancing, lighting , staging sound, painting,
drawing, cooking, baking. All arts connected together in one place.
We are huge in giving back to our community as well, such as
walking for JDRF, feeding and clothing the homeless, visiting
retirement homes, and helping other non-profits.
The best part of it all is helping the youth find their way
through an art or craft they had no idea they were capable of
doing, and putting a feel of achievement and self worth in their
hearts.

EL JEFE & LA JEFA both feel the responsibility to visually be appealing to their audience, so they “ DRESS UP“,. EL JEFE'S rap with the audience is casual, funny, insightful......did I say funny? Being professionals means always being on time,.........no drama, no B.S. just fun."
EL Jefe is a great duo who has a progressive and old school feel to it. Both members are seasoned players who have literally been around the world performing for people from all nationalities. EL Jefe early on, cut their teeth on Classic Acoustic, ( Neil Young, Crosby Stills & Nash, Tom Petty ) to Classic R & B, ( Marvin Gaye, Temptations, Wilson Pickett ), to the newer vibes like, ( Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Justin Timberlake, The Weekend, Drake ).
